Q. How do I order my Tasty Pixel cushion?
A. Click on your selected cushion to go to the order page. We accept credit card payments, these are processed securely and easily through Paypal. If you wish to make a payment by direct debit, please email us with details of the product and quantity you would like, and we will arrange the details with you.
All prices are in Australian dollars.

Q. How long will it take for my order to arrive?
A. We process orders as quickly as possible. Please allow up 10 working days for delivery within Australia and New Zealand. For other International orders, please allow up to 20 working days for delivery.
Q. How much is shipping?
A. Postage is free to destinations in Australia and New Zealand.
Q. What about other international destinations?
A. Please email us regarding the product you are interested in, and we will arrange delivery, product payment and the cost of shipping with you directly.
Q. What is the Tasty Pixel returns policy?
A. We think our cushions are fantastic, but if for whatever reason you are not 100% stoked with your new cushion – return it in its original condition within 14 days of receipt for a full refund.
Q. If I buy a cover only, where can I get cushion inners from?
A. Cushion inners can be bought for a low price from stores such as Spotlight and Ikea.
The cushion covers are designed to fit standard inner sizes. Cover dimensions can be found on the cushion ordering pages.
Q. How do I care for my cushion?
A. To achieve the vibrant colours, the cushions are printed on a polyester base. We recommend cushion covers are hand washed in cool water. Line dry in the shade, and cool iron on reverse. Do not tumble dry, bleach or dry clean.
Q. Will the prints fade?
A. With careful care, your new cushion will have a long and vibrant life. It will take about 18 months or more of constant direct sunlight before slight fading may be detected. For maximum enjoyment, we recommend keeping your cushion out of regular direct sunlight.
Q. Do the cushions look exactly like the pictures on the website?
A. We do our very best to match the colours you see on your computer to those printed on the cushions. Due to variations in personal monitor calibration, there may be a slight variation in the colours you see on screen, to those on the actual product.
